Last month, we re-launched our Food Revolution Day website with new content, resources, videos, recipes and much more. Since launching, weíve loved seeing all the amazing global events start popping up.
We want to see as many cities and countries represented as possible, so make sure you and your community are represented by uploading your event today, spreading Food Revolution Day news to your social media networks and approaching different real food stakeholders to ensure they are getting involved on May 17th.
We need YOU to make this yearís Food Revolution Day a success, so get out there and have some fun!
Aprilís Challenge #1:
Upload your Food Revolution Day events onto foodrevolutionday.com! We just launched the newly updated Food Revolution Day website and we want to make sure you get your events uploaded so your city will be represented on our world map.
Aprilís Challenge #2:
Join our Thunderclap cause with Facebook and Twitter and share it with everyone you know!
Simply visit www.thunderclap.it/foodrevolutionday and sign up with your social media accounts to help us send a huge social message on May 17 and reach as many people around the world as possible! Make sure your family and friends do the same.
Aprilís Challenge #3:
If you havenít already, approach your local school, workplace or farmersí market/local store (or all of them!) and share how they can get involved in Food Revolution Day.
You might already have an activity organized with them, if so great! If not, now is the time to get them involved, whether it is through hosting their own activity, promoting the day, or attending what you already have planned. Letís get everyone involved this Food Revolution Day!
What are Monthly Challenges?
Every month, there will be different challenges that inspire Food Revolutionaries to engage with their communities. They are designed to make deeper connections with the thought leaders in the real food industry and connect with family and friends through fresh food.
At the beginning of every month, the challenges will be announced through a blog post, email, Facebook and Twitter. The idea is to complete as many challenges as you can. As you complete the challenges, let us know how they went. We want to hear your stories, see your pictures and be able to show your successes through our various social media platforms. So get out there, have fun and make sure you share your story with us Ė we could be highlighting what youíve been doing to the world!
